People Who Annoy Me
Ok, so everyone visits people's pages and rates them, right? Their pic's and their page gets rated. Why the hell do people get mad when they get a lower score than 10?! It's stupid. Take for example this person, *~*HockeyChik*~*CLUB F.A.R #1!~fan-rate-add me-thx!*~*' , who got butt hurt when I gave her a 9. She went to my page and gave me a bunch of 9's and said it's because "you get what you give." How stupid, not everyone (including myself) are a 10 on fubar. Everyone should just accept honest opinions, if a person is too sensitive to handle bad opinions then they shouldn't put their pictures out there to be judged.

Final Knee Update
Weeeeeeeeeeeeee I graduated therapy on Thurs. Therapist said if they had a wall of stars I'd be on there. I have almost totally recovered the use of my knee. On my own I'm within 9 degrees with therapist's help got to within 2 degrees of my left knee. BUT, that isn't the only reason I'd be up there. Normally a person with total knee replacement can NOT hyperextend their knee(bend it backwards)I not only can but can get on my own within 1 degree of my left. Kept telling her may have a new knee but my joints are all double jointed lol. I still have 2 mo that I need to be doing a home program and will have to do stretching about everyday for the rest of my life, but at least I no longer need to go into their office :). I have one final Dr. visit, but he was totally impressed when I went in on the 3rd lol. For only 2 1/2 months post surgery I'm proud to say except for a few aches I'm back to normal IF I am normal lmao. Love you guys for all your support :)

Ive read alot of MuMMs on here concerning Fubar. Most had to do with the site and ppls experiences on here. As always alot of them are negative lmfaooooooooooooooooo. ok ILLINOIS passed a law.No smoking at any public place.You have to be 15 feet from the front door or back door.Here is the twist.You can't smoke in your car if your in the drive-thru either.Because the law says you can not smoke by any window that can be open either.Now that sounds like bullshit to me.I am in my own truck and now they are saying I can't smoke in it.Don't get me wrong I understand about the front door but my own car no way.If they start to crack down on that in the drive-thru then most of the fast food place will lose alot of money.They need to look at the bill again and redue it.

With the housing industry in a tailspin, how can this increase be justified? I went through most of the appeal process. Movie Reviews
Well I went and saw the movie based off of my favorite animae show, Death Note. I was put off when I first heard of it because it is live action. But when it comes right down to it, the movie was pretty good. They of course changed a few things, but not that much really. The core basis of the story was in tact. Don't blame them really being the series is very long. I can't wait for the sequel.....Death Note: The Last Name Out of 10 I give this movie a 9!!!!! And as a last note...I WILL be looking for this on DVD! This had to be the dumbest movie I had ever seen. I did have high hopes for it. All of the previews I saw looked funny, unfortunatly those were the only funny parts. By the time I saw the movie I was numb to them. Over all the movie quality was awful, the story line sucked, and even for a so called comedy, it was the worse acting I ever saw. On a personal note, had Kevin Sorbo's acting career really fallen to this point, to do a movie such as this?

Yoga In The A.m.
Hey everybody, So this morning I get up and I go get ready to do my morning yoga. I stopped running a few years ago since my knee was injured in Iraq. But now, I'm starting to think that I should start running again.... maybe not as constant or as aggressively as I did before but go at my own pace and just enjoy being outside and by myself. Now, I've never been a flexible guy, most guys in my family on both sides were farmers and cornfed Oklahoma guys that if you mention the word Yoga, suddenly their best Star Wars reference comes out and the jokes on you. Regardless, I think I will go for a run tonight. After being sick for so long it feels really good to have my energy back today, so I may as well go for it. Peace out bitches.

You know I was watching television the other day when they came out with some other kind of toy scare for kids and it got me to thinking... then ranting! First, we survived being born to mothers who smoked and/or drank while they carried us and lived in houses made of asbestos. They took aspirin, ate blue cheese, tuna from a can, and didn't get tested for diabetes or cervical cancer. Then after that trauma, our baby cribs were covered with bright coloured lead-based paints. We had no childproof lids on medicine bottles, doors or cabinets and when we rode our bikes, we had no helmets or shoes, not to mention, the risks we took hitchhiking . My Daughter
I just wanted to let all my friends on here know why I have not been on here for awhile. Not only have I been working alot of overtime at my job, which some of you know, it is hard to be working 12 hr shift everyday, raising two kids and trying to get on-line when you can, so I had to stop doing one of them and that was getting on-line. Another reason that I have not been on for a while and this is a big thing is that back on Dec. 19 I had to take my daughter to the doctor because she had lost a lot of weight, she was getting alot of headaches and she said that she was having problems with eyesight. We thought that the weight lose and the headaches was because of stress at her mom's but boy was I way off. For the first time in her young life she had to spend a couple of night in the hospital. It turned out that my 10yr old daughter is a Type 1 Diabetic. WOW!!! what a blow to everyone. She is doing alot better now except for having to have four shot of insulin aday, pricking her fingers

So I have a stress fracture in my left foot my metatarsal bone, which is located above the tarsometatarsal joint and below the toe line. The pain today is not near as bad as yesterday. It was worse than childbirth or getting a tattoo. Good lord! I have a road trip planned for Saturday to go see the Hockey guys on the road game. My exhusband and I have been friends since we split up aout 7 years ago. For the most part it has been amicable which is great since we have a daughter together. The Return Of The Plant

This is another topic I hear wayyyyyy to often. Do long distance relationship work? I guess that depends on the two involved. Will they put in the extra effort to make it work? Kyle and I are planning a pasta dinner fundraiser for February 16th at the Knights of Columbus Hall on Providence Street here in Putnam, CT. from 5:00-7:00 pm. We are raising funds for a very special program the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp has. It's called the Milmoe Fund. This fund was set up by a very special family who lost their son some years back. The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp and the counselors were very important to this boy. After his passing the family set up the fund so when a child was in the hospital a distance from home, camp would send a counselor to be by the side of the camper. You can't believe how important this is to both the child and the parents. When Kyle was in Cincinnati for his spinal surgery, camp sent two of Kyle's favorite counselors to be by his side. Abby Gross was there a week early which gave Kyle the person he needed to have fun with. Class Assignment.
As I step to my workbench, putting my dydidium shades on my face, my thoughts dissipate from the day’s or week’s experiences and feelings. Everything, every thought, exits the “building” of my brain as the process begins. I organize my tools, for accessibility, I lay out glass rods and color stretchers with no anticipation of any specific desired goals-only to have everything in comfortable range. I pull a pack of cigarettes and lighter out of my pocket, savoring the last nic fix prior to my day’s meditation. Then as the last drags cease to calm my nerves, I turn the dial to release the propane. That smell… the smell of suffocation, and fuel, explosiveness and creation. I love that smell. It signals the entrance into my meditation. My lighter strikes at the head of the torch, and with a whoosh-a soft bushy orange flame appears in front of me. Adjusting the dials, tweaking the oxygen and the propane just right, until the whistle of a perfect flame begins to emerge.

Family Life
The Cousins- The ones you dont get to see enough as you get older. Whats Going On
Well to all my friends i lost my granny on June 30 2008 which kinda strange yea ya her birthday was June 30 1929 she was sick for a while but she is happy now she is with her mom, dad and husband so in that sence were all happy she is with them and not hurting anymore she has started now eating well , she would choke on food and drink, and she only weighed 80 lbs . so we are all very sad but glad at same time if that makes since well i jus wanted to let you know what was going on in my life .
