Overall I am tired of being tired. I have had a cold/allergy/upper respitory thing that has really brought my energy down. Energy drinks are truly one of my best friends right along with meds. ok, just a few days ago, i posted two bulletins about my father-in -law. and no one even thought to ask how me or my family was, or how he was doing. it is as though everyone reads the contest bulletins and "wanna check out my boobs" ones, but when someone really needs to know that people care, they never come through. Well, my father-in-law died Sunday of a brain anneurism. his family is going through a rough time, it was just so sudden that everyone is still in shock. he was creamated and he wanted to be put in the saddle bags of his Harley, so that is where he is and that is where he will stay. we all got to say goodbye to him brfore they took out the respirator, all except his other son who has a military job overseas. he should get in today. my father-in-law was a great man and he loved his Harley. he gave me my first ride on one. make sure you tell your family and friends that you love them, because they can be gone in an instant.

I know.....I know.....I don't come here often enough!! But, in my own defense.....I've been extremely busy!! I take care of my mom, I work when i can, I tend to the house I'm personally living in, and, now that it's holiday time.....I'm pretty much doing all of my cooking and moms!! Well yesterday was a very long day. Woke up at 3 am went to work thought I was going to have a kick ass day. For those of you who do not know, I am a truck driver that hauls coal locally. I get paid by the load. So when things are going great I can make about $300.00 a day. Well anyway at 10 am the hopper(place that we dump the coal from the truck that takes it into the plant) went down and they did not know when it would go back online. Well long story short, I sat there for over 6 hours making no money before I could dump the coal, and then drive back to the town us drivers live in so the next shift could get started. Late of coarse. Anyway, listen to the boss rag about some political bullshit about the company and what not. Finally get to go to my apartment, get something to eat, watch a little tv and try to get some sleep before 3 am again. Well I just get to sleep at like 9:30 pm. I am sooo tired of "friends" claiming that they want to help me move and then not even calling to say they can't... Lately Ive been depressed. I keep lieing to myself and saying Im not when clearly I am. Ive got this problem, it's a biggie. I hate being alone, I mean physically im not alone but love wise I am. I haven't posted in an eon on here. For three days a week I've been watching a friend's children. Her oldest plays softball and is only five years old. I love going and watching her play. I'm trying to make my peace with the fact that it would be dangerous for me to have children considering my health problems. Sometimes it's difficult. Ok, a lot of the time, it's difficult. I lost it in the car when a family friend was watching me with them and said "you'd make a great mom" These kids are so beautiful. Would you believe that I'm about to be a Godparent to these three beautiful babies? I can't wait. I know that it is a big responsibility. Otherwise, I'm doing fine. I have been so tired this week, I do not remember being this tired in ages, not since the kids were babies I would guess. I have even fallen asleep in the afternoon a few times. I am a little worried about this turn of events. I keep telling myself it is just exhaustion from the last year of stress. It was last June that my husband had the heart bypass surgery, then in Novemeber he had the other, got septic shock, had another emergency surgery, was in a coma for a month, and then in Intensive Care until the New Year, he came home for a few weeks, and went back in again. Came home for 12 days and went in again. And through all this, I just kept on going. Now I think it has caught me. I suppose if it continues I will have to go and see the doctor myself. I give myself a week I think.

I'm tired.....I haven't felt this way in a while. It's the exhaustion after a fight, yet we have not had a fight in a week due to him being in the hospital. I have eaten but just to live and have lost 10 pounds in the past 5 days. I did need to loose weight, but when upset, I tend do just drink tea and water to attempt to calm my nerves. Two days ago, I called him and told him that either we can do this the hard way (restraining orders and no joint custody) or we can do this the easy way where we both work to cooperate for the sake of the children. He agreed on the easy way (thank god) and has not phoned me for two days. He is due home sometime today, and I'm nervous. I lost a child I was watching because of all this, and am down to watching two children. I fear that I am going to have to tell the other two parents that I am not able to watch the children anylonger, just due to the income and the situation here at home. It is safe, however, I need to find a stable job.

At night I sit alone and watch the shadows dance around. I hold my breath and listen yet silence is the only sound. I reach for some comfort yet feel no embrace. I am tired of the emptiness and loneliness of this place. I can feel no more hurt because I have learned to live with my pain. I often wonder how I survived and continue to stay sane. I have hurt so deeply and cried too many tears. I have been empty and broken for so many years. I am tired of pretending that I am fine and all is okay. Well, I woke up around 3 am and right now at 11 am, I am soooooooooo tired, plus I can feel a headache coming on...yay for me. I had some horrific heartburn, plus had to majorly go potty and on top of all of that, I had a REALLY weird ass dream last night, so all of that woke me up and now my ass is dragging. I'm hoping to lay down for a few hours a take a nap, although it won't be uninterrupted since the kids just can't seem to leave me alone, at least it will be a bunch of small naps...that might be suffice enough for a while.....we'll see.

Have you ever worked so much to hold it all together but you still see no progress in what you have done? I feel like hiding in a hole somewhere and forgetting the world. I am just so tired lately. Well as I sit writing, yet another lounge is hitting the ground bleeding out begging for life. I want to thank those that are fellow members and employees of the lounge and I wanna say Im happy to have met you. With a series of events that have transpired over the past several weeks I have come to realize that theres no such thing as a drama free lounge, granted all lounges owners and employees will have there occasional tiffs, but drama will always be the cause of a lounges implosion. This blog may sound like I am bitching and moaning, but I work as a sous chef at an assisted living home. I work and work till I am worn out by the time I go home. I have a co worker that works there, but also works another job and I am not really sure why. Anyway, my boss sent him home yesterday before I got to work because he says he was tired. It seems like all I really do is work. I talk to a few different people, but after my 10,11,12+++ hour days, I usually just go home and go to bed. Social life? lol, that's truly funny. By the time I get done working, I don't really even feel like going anywhere. I hate staring at the PC too, when I get home that's the last thing I want to do. I guess I'm in a rut, and need a complete change. I even had an offer to go on vacation for a few days, that didn't pan out either, work conflicted. *sigh*. I'm really really started to be just unhappy about life and how its going. What to do, what to do? I know I need a change, just not sure what or how to get it done.
