A family friend lost his son yesterday in a fatal car accident.
They do not speak with the mother anymore (drug abuse issues) she has been clean and sober for 3 years now.
I don't know if I should tell her her son is gone or if I should just leave it to the family if they choose to tell.
I personally think she deserves to know, she is still his mother no matter what issues they had in the past.
