I have a girlfriend who honestly, I have never met. We have known each other for over a year, and we've seen many photos of each other. She is coming over late this summer, and I wonder if it is too soon to pop the question to her. I really do love her. And she feel the same to me. If I do propose, I plan on doing it underneath the Eifel Tower. However, I am 22 (going on 23 when she arrives) and I am so confused on what do to. Help me out please? Thanks a lot!
