The last day of 2007 I woke up this morning going over the past year. I was thinking about things I have done good and bad. What a year 2007 was for me. A year full of ups and downs. A few tattoos re worked and one new one specially commissioned for me by Courtney Davis which looks absolutely fantastic. The year started of with me still looking for work ,and working temp for BRS recruitment. Had several job interviews but no offers of employment. then in march i was offered the job of assistant manager/ groundskeeper of greens cafe in padstow which was ideal, a job i could sink my teeth in to. Worked hard all summer in the cafe and on the course, redesign the interior seating area so customers had somewhere to sit whilst it rained( needed it this year)built my shed and did a lot of other work at home for them i.e. designed posters , menus , did a health and safety report . The Last Few Weeks
The last to weeks, needless to say, have been the worst of my life. For those of you who have not heard, my dad died on March 22nd of complications from diabetes. I found out mid-flight from Phoenix to Philadelphia. There is almost a feeling of guilt. I keep saying to myself "I should have been there", but there was nothing I could do. On the list of worst days of my life, on a scale of one to 10, this was easily a 20. It’s a sad fact to think of now that Dad passing is what brought the family back together, Aunts and Uncles which i haven’t seen in 10 to 15 years I was able to see again, and my sister, who I have not seen since 1999, I was able to see again. This was the first time that my brother, me, and my sister have been in the same house at the same time since 1995. Dad was buried under a 75 year old oak tree and Whitemarsh Memorial Park on March 29th, 2008. He had fought for years against the ravages of diabetes and the effects of a quadruple bypass heart surg

I blew out two discs working as a medic and when an MRI was done, a tumor was found growing on my spine at L-1, shocked me beyond words and left me numb. The discs blown were L-5 and S-1. I am going thru treatment and accept injections in my back four at at time....I have to tip my hat to ladies that get epidurals. Not a pleasant experience. Last night or I should say early this morning @ bout 2:30 AM I got a call... from The Police...telling me...the Police..."are at your front door"..(?)(is it me?)...no matter...;)... Last Day Of Vacation
So, here it is, my last day of my vacation. Its nice and balmy outside. Lawn needs mowed and pup is yappin in the yard. Last Chance For Spotlight
Almost 2 years has passed by since I joined Fubar and now that I am getting close to leveling past Godfather, I have decided to go for the Spotlight. For those of you who aren't aware, you can not be the Spotlight once you pass the Godfather level. Late Night Attack
Well last night at 3:30 in the morning I was awoken to pounding on my door. I get up to answer it and there are these two drunk guys asking for my roommate. He wanted his food from my roommate who is nicknamed "Easy". Easy said he didn't have it and the drunk guy got pissy with me and so I told him to quit pounding on my door. Well I shut and locked it and he got really upset at this point and when my roommate got up and answered the door. He repeatedly tried to attack me as I lay in my bed. I was hungover and half-awake....hell I didn't know what was going on hardly. Eventually he got through to me and hit me in my jaw.....lucky bastard got pulled away as I missed his throat with my knife. I guess the moral of the story is...don't deprive drunk people of food. I hate angry drunks......

Well mom finally got to come home on July 4th:) We are so happy to have her home & she is doing much better recovering there than when she was in the hospitals. Not that they didn't take great care of her, but she was getting depressed after being gone for almost 3 months. Today dad & I took her to Pittsburgh for a follow up. The Dr. (the one that saved her life, not the one that almost killed her twice) has ordered another MRI, more Blood work & a series of spine x-rays. He said he was surprised to see how well she looked & that she was able to sit up as long as she was. He showed us the pictures from the CAT scan she recently had. Up until now I have been able to hold myself together pretty well but what I saw & heard today brought tears to my eyes & if mom hadn't been in the room I probably would have just broke down & cried. His main concern right now is that when the other Dr. went in the 2nd time & took out all but one of the screws & plates he put in during the 1st surg

Momma has been basically bed ridden for two years now. In those two years I have learned more about the world of medicine than I ever thought I wanted to know. Laughter Of A Child
Laughter arose from a garden in witch no one was in. A breeze blew from the fields and laughter came with in it. I looked from my window for miles in the direction from which the sound came from, but not one child or being was there. It was the laughter of children playing, which reminded me of the days I played as a child. But now, I was stuck in this house, cooped up with no where to go. Days went by and and days seemed to be the same. My house was full of people that didn't seem to care if I was there or not. But I still felt empty inside this house. People cared for me, but it was not the love and laughter I wanted out of life like when I was a child. I was just happy to have a friend who played with me. We've organized an event to help a good friend of ours out. Laura Peel is a 22 year-old mother of two whose been recently diagnosed with advanced melanoma. As she's almost constantly undergoing treament one-hundred miles away from her job, she's unable to work to pay for the medical bills she's racking up. She's going to need a community effort behind her to see her through this, and this is what we aim to achieve. She's been an active member of the local music scene since she's been able to get herself into bars(which was in early high school), and we've been friends for just as long. The great thing about this woman is her attitude about her affliction: her disposition hasn't been affected in the least. Well, I finally got to go away for a couple of hours and do something that relaxed me yesterday. Traci, Jason and I went to see some wrestlers in Melbourne, Florida. One of the Team 3D wrestlers named Devon was opening a brand new smoothie shop 3D Power Blendz there and we decided to go and see them. We got to see Devon, Maven and few guests were there too. How is it that the IRS does absolutely NOTHING when you report someone for illegally claiming your kids on their tax return? Leaving me to have to wait even longer for the money that me and my children so desperately need. My ex's mother claimed my kids last year and I reported her then. I went to the doctor today...and of course no baby yet! WTF...I am so ready for this little boy to come out a say hi. The doctor said that I am 50 % effaced and that in the next few days I should fill pressure on my u know what...I hope its sooner then that...I am sooooo ready for him to be here...I know I already said that but he needs to hurry up. My aunt said that I will have to have a C-Section because I am still a 1cm and have not changed in like a week????
