Lip Biter...a Bad Habit
I think we have all been there sometime or other. The good, warm feeling we get when we have been drinking a little bottle of wine, and maybe an evening of candlelit dinners, and watching the sunset from a park. I think that used to be the old me.The new me, I think is more the sitting on the tailgate of a pickup, watching the sea bob up and down, and having a picnic dinner with maybe a beer or two. It isn't the same when you get out of a long term relationship. At least from my perspective. I was married for 8 years, and then to add to that, dated for almost 7 before we got married. It was a rocky relationship, and she had her mind set(geez...stubborn too.) on her parents living practically next door. SO....we separated amicably, I think the night that I walked in on her and a former college classmate in the apartment where she was living. I was tired, and coming in from a hard day at work...and those things just happened; to me all the time. That is when it clicked...it wasn't me...

With the help of my family, a few good doctors, and the man up stairs I pretty much got over polio and after two years went back to being a regular kid. There are moments in time when I feel I need something more to this living than just the common physical of it. I have in the past visited places known as meat rooms in which one can be suspended for a duration of time without the fear of bleeding out. I can only describe the feeling as freeing. A Little About Me
I just thought I'd explain the reason I use a wheelchair and crutches to some of you who might be wondering about that. I was born with a birth defect called Spina Bifida. It's a neural tube defect where the extreme lower part of my spine didn't fuse correctly. This means that the vertibrates didn't close up all the way and in x rays you can see part of my spine. This caused nerve damage in my lower body. My legs and feet are particularly effected. Evenththough I have a birth defect that causes some damage in my body, I am very independant and can do pretty much everything anyone else can do, with the exception of things like full contact sports, mountain climbing, and a few ohter things. Little Heads Up For All
Okay all here is the newest update about my working. I currently have a full time job that has me working either early mornings to mid afternoon or mid afternoon till late at night. With the spare time I have between my working shifts each day, I try to spend with my family here, more so with my daughter thou. I will try to be online when I can if I am not to tired or in too much pain. I now have a job that has me working nights and I am normally too tired to get online after work. Reason for not being online during the day, is actually spending time with my daughter and family like I should have been a long time ago. When lil angels come in to our life and then are called home it tares the heart out of all of us .
