As a hobby, I run something called the [V]ictoria [D]emo [R]estoration [P]roject, I try to hunt down demos that featured bands from Victoria, BC on them (I also restore music people want me to fix, I do an OK job, but you can't do much with a 2 track (sounds like hell) recording)). Well, my life is wierd I'll start from a couple of weeks ago... My Girlfriend from over a year left me for this guy in her town [it was a small long distance relationship]... I had loved her still so much from then on, I told her many times... I tried to move on and find another girl, which I did meet one, but almost a few days later she just didn't want me anymore... no reason, nothing... Right about this time I hear that my Ex Girlfriend's Boyfriend left her... for another guy... and I felt really bad for her... my feelings had re-surfaced for her that I had tried to push down... I really want to take her back... I didn't want her to get hurt at all... But she doesn't want to move interstate [about 8 hours] I know now, as I had just got a job, that I can support her and everything till she gets back on her feet... I love her so much... and hope she takes my heart again for hers.

Well the crooks have found a way to rob you of your gift card balance. If you buy Gift Cards from a display rack that has various store cards you may become a victim of theft. Crooks are now jotting down the card numbers in the store and then wait a few days and call to see how much of a balance THEY have on the card. I never know what to say on a first blog. Ok so I suppose I will start off by talking about me! Most of you know that I am married to a wonderful man who is in the Army. I really don't think that I can handle much more. In the last week I've lost 3 people. I lost my great grandma on the 14th, I lost a friend (Jarrett Lane) on the 16th at Virginia Tech, and this morning I lost my great aunt. Everytime I turn around something is going wrong. Everytime things finally start to look up, it all goes to hell. I am so sick of this. And everything that happened at VT is really killing me. Why am I finding making a video so freaking hard for me to do??? Is it because its a reminder of how I lost touch with my family and never got to say Goodbye to my cousin before she died?? Since I need to practice my English, I figure doing a blog should be a good tool. You probably know I'm Thai. I live in Bangkok, a huge city, with who knows how many millions of people. But even though it's a big city, it's still kind of country. We have elephants walking the streets wearing tail lights at night. My Fitness Kick
The plan is: Lower body fat Increase lean muscle mass To do this I have started doing cardio in the mornings (before breakfast) along with an abdominal workout. The "cardio" is really a 40 minute interval workout on the eliptical trainer where i keep my heart rate at 140 for three minutes, then at 126 for three minutes. Then I'll do some abdominals: situps, leg raises, side lateral raises, cable crunches, ab machine now and then (the ab machine is more a begining level exercise I think, but I'll add it sometimes when I get the urge :) ), and side planks. I'll do one or 2 sets of each exercise. This morning I added weight added step exercises, I held 25 pounds in each hand and did 2 sets of ten on each side. This is new and I'm not sure If I will keep it, expand on it, or dump it. I'll probably leave it the same for awhile just to see what the results are. In the afternoons/evenings I do my wieight training. I'm presently on a push/pull routine. I'll do my back and

Ok here it goes this is the first time I have done one of these and I'm at work so I'm very bored...lol So 2 days ago my children were at the local swimming pool in their father's home town because they are there for a visit with him and I get a call. Its the swimming pool my son being the hyper little 8 year old boy that he is has tried to do a flip off the diving boards and has split his head wide open. They don't know where his father is. I get to the pool and get him to the er and then in walks dear ole dad. You can bet I was furious at this point. I had to calm myself and pay attention to what was being done with my son so I said to him "Not right now!! We will talk about it later". Dont get me wrong I truely believe accidents happen and kids will be kids however he should have left our daughter means to be able to get in touch with him if he wasnt going to be there with them.

Now , I only live 3.5 mi. from work...so this is not that hard for me...(unless it rains, then I can't work anyway...LOL) I bought a "cheap" bike from "Walmart" for $60 and change...then I had to buy a seat that didn't make my butt feel like the next experiment for freezing until the future comes around with a cure..for what ever ales me..LOL Then one day after the purchase, the back tire went flat! If you have never changed a tire on the back of a bike, then you have not lived...LOL! I got that taken care of ..then guess what? The front tire went flat as well! My First Fubar Blog
So today i was driving down the street and my little brothers friend was trying to race me on his bike. I was about half way down the block when he passed me and as he did his chain fell off. The kid was hauling ass and his right foot slipped off the pedal, so he swerved to the right. He was lucky enough to have a old blazer their to stop him. he ran right into the fender and front tire, i almost crashed laughing.You might think that sounds mean, but you weren't there. he didn't even get hurt. It was so funny though. Instant classic. Yesterday morning i went to court for a brandishing charge that i recieved more than a month ago. So i got to the courthouse at 7:45 only fifteen minutes till i was supposed to get called in, and i waited an hour and twenty minutes just for the bailiff to tell me that the district attorney is still looking over my case. I was fucking pissed. How would you feel? Now i have to go to court again two counties away in a month to see if they have got off their l

My First Time .... At The Gas Station
My first time at the gas station- I pulled in to the gas station just as my car gave a final gulp of breath while shutting off from thirst. I gave a small smirk as I reached in my pocket and fingered the twenty dollar bill crumpled there. I knew this would be a very enjoyable stop. Next to the pump, I slowly undo the latch on my car, letting out a damp puff of air as the lid opens, revealing the dark, wet hole to the engine. My hand goes for the pump, ripping it forcefully from the stand, jerking the handle ever so hungrily. Slowly, ever so slowly, I slide the nozzle into the gas tank, the grimy sound of metal rubbing against metal filling my ears. I constricted my grip around the handle. A low cough of gears churning inside the pump, and I feel the gas start to come. Yellowish, clear liquid with a very potent stench flows through the pump's tube and gushes into my tank. I really want to use my blogs as rants really I used to write editorials back in college and was known for my acerbic wit but today instead my first humble offering is more sentimental and personal, my dog is dying. I was raised with dogs and owned one nearly all my life, with the exception of some yrs. in my 20s when I lived in apartments and couldn't have one. One would think that I would be used to a dog dying, but I'm not. Sam, my current dog, is a big fluffy mutt just 4 yrs. old. He used to weigh a robust 98lbs. but alas his dwindled to a skelatal 68. They say Sam has kidney disease and may have been born with geenetically poor kidney's, I think it's from the recent contaminated food because the food I raised him on and he ate every day were part of the recall. I was in an arguement today about religion. normally, I can kick anyone's ass in a debate over religion.. proving my point and so on. But today, I met this guy who suprisingly beat me! I was crushed. So its over. I have been watching with interest (the same way as you might watch a car crash) the popularity contest that is the American presidential election. Its at this time that i usually always feel smug that we in the UK vote for the party (and we have way more than 2 that you can vote for ) and their ideals and manifestos for change. Its about conecting or agreeing with ideals and principles rather then how someone comes across on TV. However this has now changed for the majority of people in the UK, even to the point that when the last leader of the labour party stood down, people asked why there was not a general election. im stupid if you know me i take great pride in my hair. i didnt something stupid as hell today. i dropped my son off at his dads house for his 2 hour weekly visit. ne ways i was bored as fuck just walking around downtown fargo by myself its not so bad when i have someone there to talk to but i didnt this time so i decided to go ahead and get a trim bc my hair needed it desperately. i told her to even it up so it looked good and to leave as much of the length as possible she took off 5 INCHES i almost started crying. i went to joseffs so i know all the terminalligy and how everything goes. so after that i told her i wanted disconected layers top starting at a 180 degree angle. how hard is that uff. over all it looks pretty good i think i just miss my long hair, not too worried it will grow back not too mention im gonna get some extensions and put them in lol.

So as you all noticed, I haven't been that active in the past few days. Why? Well, I went to Detroit from Friday to Sunday (and I was busy with school shit after that). Have you ever had a day that was good, yet it was bad? I've been writing programs the past couple days for CNC with a 3D cad model.(the good part) I'm still fairly new at doing it so the past 2 days one of the guys was helping me do it.
