I think I finally got enough rest from driving across country. I'm finally back on the coast I have known my whole life and I fucking love it. Granted there isn't a beach here, but I'll manage. Its much better then being surrounded by the sea of pavement. At least I can see trees, and grass, and not sand and astroturf :P Its not Mass, but so far Tennessee is pretty close to being home :)

Well to start I want to tell all my CT friends i am very sorry for not being around like i use to be. But with moving and getting settled things in real time has taken over my life once again.......but its not just the move its that thing i live with.....he wont get a job and its killing me stress wise......no matter what i say or do he still refuses to get a job.......its not for not having a car cause my best friend lives 2 doors up from me and has offered many times to take him out looking and for interviews.......I am disabled and live on 600 a month that has to pay for my phone,internet, cable,elec.,computer payments and lot rent......i own the trailer thanks to my best friend......i cant even get him to apply for his own food stamps and mine is not making it for all month and every time i turn around he is wanting something and when work on the trailer needs doing all i get are excuses.......so being so depressed and overly stressed over all this all i do is sit and play games

This has been building up now for a long time. I actually used to go through my Friends List every so often to "clean out" the people that I had never heard from. Alot of people just want to see how many friends they can get. They never say one word to ya even if THEY are the one that requested to be friends in the first place. lol Yes, I know I have WAY too many so called "friends" on here. It's amazing what a difference a day can make... I turned 35 yesterday, not a major milestone but still another year gone. It makes me think back on how much has happened in the last year. The last year was full of ups and downs. Some worse than others, some better. On my birthday last year, I was in Texas spending time with Paul and meeting Chris for the first time. About a month later, Chris and I were dating. Had a good time at the Gathering, in spite of a few hiccups. On 4th of July, I had my party as always and even more friends showed up. Fred found a new way to light fireworks, which made for interesting videos. At Seadog Nights, I took Muriel to her first event and opened her world to a whole new set of friends and ideas. Beginning of August was the Revel, at which I had a great time in spite of being kinda frazzled. At the end of August, I lost my FA and was told I need to fill a time-frame extension. So, I was doing "airplane" with my four-month-old son, and I didn't realize he'd just eaten. You parents out there can see where this is going, but for the benefit of non-parents, read on. As I said, I was doing "airplane" with him, and we were on the futon in our library. He loves airplane, but this one turned out WAY bad. You know those moments where everything suddenly seems to run in super slow motion? This was one of them. I'm not a huge writer, infact I never write! This is mostly for those who knows me.(you know who you are) This is a typical day in my life. It's 16:00 when I finish working. 16:30, I'm at home, feed my cat, grab my Happy Hour Kit *(HHK)**(my smoking kit)and a couple of beers. Recently, I was with a group of friends, hanging out downtown, and one of them asked another out. The person who did this, was my friend Lisa, that I have known for the last 5 years. In the last 3 weeks my whole world seems to have fallen into the pits. First I seem to have lost someone I love more then he even knows it. Today would have been Kyle's 21st birthday. He would still be in Iraq unfortunatly but celebrating none the less. It's been 3 months and 8 days since he was killed and the pain has not subsided in the least bit. Sometimes it seems it hurts more now, realizing he wont be coming home, then it did in the days after his death. I lost my best friend, the one who was always there to catch me when I fell, my something stable in an unstable world; I lost my rock. But today is not a day to mourn his death but rather a day to celebrate his life. We will gather at the cemetary and drink Bud Light, green jello shots and crown royal and coke in his memory, and then stumble home through the woods like we used to do so many years ago. Lets see,as of late things have been getting better,alot better then they were. No more fighting,even though there are still some people who do not know when it is time to leave someone else's husband alone. It's starting to get better and better and the work is also starting to get harder and harder. I'm starting to focus alot more in class and i'm paying alot of more of attention to what the teachers has to say. On my football grading sheet i got all 4's in every subject i had and for world history homework i had a 3 and for survey literature i had a 0 because i forgot to turn in my binder with my homework in it, yeah, oopsieeee, so the teacher said if i can get my survey literature binder and stack everything up in it from notes to classwork and homework then i can at least improve my grade to a 3. For football, today, i've got my first sack at practice. I get put on the defensive line hear and then and also on the reciever position hear and then. I'm starting to get alot of more respect from my coach and teammates. At lunch we have 3 houses to go to. House 1, 2, and 3. Since i belong in a certain area then i go to house 2. When I was growing up I had a dream. to get married to someone I REALLY loved and have kis and watch them grow up with my arms around my wife and a feeling of love that would make the Leave It To Beaver's think they were dysfunctional. My dream came true for a little bit.. then I found out the only reason I was married to was to get out of her parents house... I could do nothing to please her... I would have to buy her something for it to be love for her.. staying home at night to sit down and watch a movie after working all day was me just bieng lazy to her. she had to go out every day to do something even when I was sick.. she can not drive so I have to take her... I got lost in the feeling of hopelessness and watched as my dream broke apart. I tried for many years to fix my dream and in the end I was standing there while my wife runs off with another man. My Sister
My sister jus passed tonight at midnight.I will miss her soooo verry much!!! I wish i could tell her how much she meant to me and that i loved her. She may not have been the best to me but she was my sister none the less.I feel like part of me has been ripped out of me and ill never get it back. My Sister
Well my mom just called. My sister had a Heart Catheter done this morning. They did not have good news for us. Nothing is good about anything when ya have your heart tested I guess. She has 90% blockage in one artery. The doctor will be in to talk to us after he does his other operations. We already know they are going to have to do 1 bypass but not sure about how many more. We knew it wasnt looking good when we went to the hospital yesterday and she was in a critical care area of the Heart Wing. She is in the Spartenburg Regional Hospital. Scared, but we are there for and with her. Just Please prey for her. We are all scared but I know nowhere as scared as she is.. She is just 50 years old... Thanks for reading.. My Sister Part 2
Well my sister will have her bypass operation tomorrow. It will be a 3 to 5 artery bypass. They ex-rayed her neck tonight to see if her neck arteries are blocked. They will have to put in a large IV in her neck just in case she needs meds or blood fast during the operation. She has 3 IVs already. She is so scared and I am scared for her. We talked and laughed with her, trying to keep her mind off of tomorrow. My dad is so upset because of what is happening to her, but mostly because he is not able to go down there and visit her. So he is totally upset. And feels useless.. Hard to convince him otherwise. Pain is something we all go thow We all need help to get thow it Pain is not cool and is not something we want I know what pain is I get it alot Pain is the one thing we have to face But if we have someone to lesan on during the time of it Then do it talk to them and let them try and help Yes pain sucks and yes we cannot stand it but no matter what cused it ypu can always depend on me Well sissy I know you are going thow alot and you are hurting really bad.I just want you to let you know no matter what anyone says or dose I will be here for you always. My Sister
Well she is out of surgery. I was told everything went good. They used a couple of screws to fix the disc in her back. Her separated shoulder is going to heal itself. One of her legs is in a half cast I guess its called. And that is temporary till she is in a walking boot. The other leg is in a halo type set up so they can keep her from moving it. They also put a titanium rod down one of the bones of her leg. So she is banged up pretty damn good. But they say she will make a full recovery. And she should be walking with crutches in about 3 weeks. Modern medicine is amazing. Well here is an update: She has to have gurgery now because they found out she ruptured a disk in her back and they have to put some pins in one of her legs and a cast on the other. She also sperated her shoulder. So that will be in a sling for sometime. If my day cant get any worse then it is. Besides the fact that I am loosing a friend over something I did that was wrong. My Sick Day
It was a rather depressing day at the office so I decided to call in a sick day. My boss was not overly thrilled but he didnt object to my leaving early. What would a caring compassionate guy like me have to be depressed about? Well, it started three weeks back when Marsha and I got into a huge fight resulting in her telling me she was moving out of our apartment of a year. She said I wasn't satisfing her needs. My Sister's Keeper
I'm sure most of you have senn the trailer for the movie coming out on June 26 called My Sister's Keeper. It stares Cameron Diaz and is about a girl who was genetically engeniered to save her sister's life who is dying with a rare form of leukemia. I always like to try and read the book beofre I see the movie. To me the books are always better and give more structure to the story then a 2 hour movie ever can. I started this book Tuesday and just finished it like 5 minutes ago. By far one of the BEST books i have read in a long time. Hell, I was all into the Twilight saga and this book blows Twilight out of the water and then some. (yes, I am a grown woman who likes Twilight, shut up!) Reading this book made me realize, we all have tough decisions to make everyday. These decisions will shape not only our future but the future of everyone we come in contact with.
