Celebrating The Little Things
I didnt come to this site to have people feel sorry for me or for people to pity me or for people to rate or give me bling or gifts because of my homelife. So please dont misrepresent this blog. Im simply venting about my life. Nothing more. Not many people understand me at all. And its not because I'm a difficult person..its because of what has been given to me ... my two severely handicapped children and my learning disabled 14 yr old with an attitude problem. My youngest angel is 11. She has a neuromuscular disorder called Rett Syndrome. She was diagnosed @ age 2 with it..followed by a seizure disorder the following year.She started out as a normal healthy child..only to have that taken away by this horrible dibilitating disorder. She still wears diapers 24/7, drinks from a baby bottle, walks but with a very unsteady gait and does sometimes use her wheelchair. She cannot play with toys, nor can she tell me what hurts her when she isnt feeling well..because she is non verbal. Sh

I wanted to write a little history about myself and how I got to where I am now helping Children of abuse and neglect. I was born and raised in Alexandria Virginia and I have never regretted it. When I was about 10 years old the movie "The Wild Angels" with Peter Fonda and Nancy Sintra came out. It was a biker movie that me and my friends watched I know about 6 times in a row that summer day in 1969. After that movie we went home and started our own Bicycle club and we were known as the "Disciples of Pure Hell". There was about 15 of us riding around the neighborhood on our 20" bikes thinking we were the coolest guys around. One day as I was riding home and I cut threough the Apartmeents down from my house, there were two guys sittiing on the small brick pilars near the street. I knew who they were I had seen them before on the Harley's. They were members of the"Hell's Angels". As I rode past the one big guy yells at me," hey bro nice bike". Ok heres an update on how my grandmother is doing from my last blog (hell my only blog for that matter). My grandmother made it through surgery alright. They completed the triple bypass without any complications. They said she seems to be breathing without the benefit of the respirator but she has to keep that in her until she can take deep breathes. Go to your my photos page, at the bottom of each album page you'll find a 'change order of photos' link. click that, and drag and drop the photos where you want them. once you're finished, click the save button at the bottom of the page. Ok so today I was given a 100$ to spend, there were two rules to spending this money... 1. I had to spend all 100$ on me and 2. I was not allowed to pay bills with it either. Yea it’s two more work days until time off. So I get home yesterday after work and decide I need to mow the Clappsadles land next door if I am going to shoot off fireworks on Friday Night with the girls. Deadly Accident I woke up this morning with an eerie feeling some one was watching me. Just to open my eyes and look around to see nothing there. I tried to go back to sleep but every time I dozed off I heard some one whisper my name in my ear. Sometimes it was just hot air like the breath of a mad man on the back of my neck. I decided sleep was not going to happen and flung my covers off of me with a bit of anger because I was still sleepy. I felt the bad attitude setting in and the feeling of some one watching me still there. I decide to let some anger out and shouted into the emptiness, “I hope you are happy now I am awake and in a REALLY bad mood!” I find myself laughing at me shouting and made me a little better. I went downstairs to get me some coffee to help me wake up when the gut feeling of an intruder settled in my stomach. What the hell is wrong with me? Am I getting sick or is some one really here? everyone is trying to figure out what to put in the place where my 9 brothers died. i was thinkin as i sit and talk to a couple of freinds on line, and i think that a park with a memorial should be placed there along with changing the name of that street to the charleston 9 blvd. lots of ppl have simular ideas but i think this shuld have lots of time and thaught put into it. i think that every fireman in s.c. should be honored becuase their the ones who have taught us more than any ook could ever teach. when youre sitin at the table in the mornings and afternoons talking to the older guys and they tell the stories about burning buildings downtown back in the day before we had all this nice equipment, its eye opening and cool. the stuff they tell you will be used someday, mabe not today or tomarrow but ya never know when. i can remember while listening to mr. earl drayton talk he would tell me to notice all the sounds around me in a burning building becuase when things go bad they go ba
