Amy's first day of pre-school..... Current mood: accomplished Today was Amy's first day of pre-school over at the Early Learners center here next to NJC. I was a little nervous at first, but once we got inside the building, that eased up some. I think I was more anxious then she was. Aamy got right to business pretty much after we arrived. I stayed there for about 20 mins as well just to see if there were going to be any problems....there was already one little boy there, and they seemed to get along just fine.... Well, the divorce paperwork is done. I've moved out and in a few months, I'll be living in Berkely, CA. Time to start with a clean slate. Staring A New Project. Vera Needs A Makeover ;-)
I've been needing a new project while my garden rests for the summer. One that has my mind going was my SKS and its need for a better stock. The folding stock wasnt doing it for me. It is too unbalanced, plus pushes the 922(R) compliance issues. ATI has a sweet synthetic stock called the Monty Carlo that just came in the mail..or actually UPS. I'm going to switch out with. Another problem has been my detachable magazines. Pretty much any version you buy aftermarket are total crap. No matter what the site or salesman says. I have every size from 5 rounds to 40rnd. The "Hollywood" 40rnd bannana clip dropped right the fuck out of my receiver the first day I took it to the range. Which is very embarassing ;-) A few months later I ordered a 2 slightly used. Chi-Com, 20rnd fixed mags. 1 for me and 1 for my bro. Has the cool Star on the side...yes. lol Tonight I'm bringing them all together to see how they all fit together and visualize the next steps to finalize Vera's makeover. K

So my self-pity party is now over. I have been wallowing in the sorrows of what happended...been overly depressed...when it hit me. Things could be a hell of a lot worse. I'm alive, I can function in everyday society, I have my mind, and most of all I have a lot to live for. My kids came by with my mom last night, and I was slapped in the face with what I should've been thinking about all along. I need to be there for my sons and my family. Recently Marines in Iraq wrote to Starbucks because they wanted to let them know how much they liked their coffees and to request that they send some of it to the troops there. Starbucks replied, telling the Marines thank you for their support of their business, but that Starbucks does not support the war , nor anyone in it, and that they would not send the troops their brand of coffee. So as not to offend Starbucks, maybe we should not support the m by buying any of their products! I feel we should get this out in the open. Well it seems that Mother Nature, God, or just that pesky little thing known as life has decided to disrupt what I thought was going to be it. For the last 7 years all I've wanted and asked for is to go 1 year without someone that I cared about dieing, I thought I was going to make it this year, but life decided to throw me a curve ball. It's amazing as I remember growing up and was always told friends come and go. I had one girl who befriended me from first grade all the way to the first year of high school. Yes I have static so bad, lol, my hair is flying everywhere no matter how much conditioner I place in the ends of my hair. So I guess I will be keeping it back alot, but hubby hates my hair back lol. He bought me the cutest pj's ever, lol, they have lil snow flakes on them. I was asked to go to Baltimore for a signing on my newest dvd that was released but I will have to see, I have never been asked to do autograph signings, that will be o neat indeed and I so look forward to it, plus being able to pick up some more work!!! Saturday, January 06, 2007 story Current mood: angry ok here we go..got married after about 1yr he started hitting me. if that wasnt enough he started on my kids..so i left him. mom gave me 500 to move here (since he was the man & took all the money). rented a house..worked my ass off..got into a badddd car accident had to get a roommate to help pay bills since i couldnt work for a bit..found out he was smoking crack & meth in front of my son (12yrs old now). so i kicked him out & called the cops on him...thought it was the right thing to do...WRONG!!! dhs & cops took the kids..now they want me to do 2 random ua's a week & go through drug counciling classes..which i have to pay for..started doing the ua's (everyone clean of course)then i could pay for my place to live...lost my job...oh i forgot back to the roommate..after he found out the kids were gone he broke in & stole eveything & i do mean everything..no clothes, toothbrush, not to mention the expensive stuff ...4 t

State Trooper
the other day comeing back from bryan tx.i crossed the state line and a state trooper got behind me.so i gunned my truck and took off.well he put his lights on and pulled me over.he gets out his car and i get out my truck and walk up to him.he ask why i took off like that.he wasn't going to pull me over i wasn't doing anything wrong so why took off like that.well i just told him that my wife ran off with a state trooper and when he got behind me,it scared me and thought he was bringing her back.
