Tarragon Scallops
We used to do this as an app at one of the restaraunts I used to work at. Still my favorite way to eat scallops! 3 scallops 1/2 tsp olive oil for searing the scallops 2 TBSP yellow onions, fine dice 2 minced garlic cloves 2 TBSP poblano pepper, fine dice 2 ounces tomato, fine dice 2 ounces white wine fresh tarragon fine chop, to taste 1/2 cup heavy cream or for a healthier option use lowfat yogurt chili powder to taste (1/8-1/4 tsp is my choice depending on the type of chili powder) Sear scallops in a hot pan with oil and onion, garlic, tomato and poblano for a minute on each side. After removing the scallops, add the wine and reduce the sauce by half. Add the scallops and tarragon to the pan, stirring while cooking for two minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat, add the cream/yogurt and the chili powder and stir or toss to combine. Serve immediately for best appearance.

So I have been doing alot of thinking about my tattoo choice. The West African Gaboon Viper, (if you have seen the pics in my photo album) Is a very complex looking snake. Lots of extreme detail. I love the WAGV, but after talking with Gavin, the tattoo artist, he says he'll have to put ALOT of time into it, because he wants to portray it accurately, but the length and width of the snake will make it a timely project. Based on my friend Brittney's work that he's done, the work on others I have seen, and word of mouth praise, I feel I can trust this guy with any work that will be done on me. But I thought, what other snake can I have tattoo'd? My next choice would have to be the Black Mamba. Another beautiful snake, and more easily done as a tattoo. If anyone has any other ideas, let me know. I still may do the WAGV, but if I can find another snake that is just as beautiful and deadly, it could be an option. Tattoos And Piercings Are So Over-rated
What's the point? I don't get this whole tacky "body art" thing. Really, the human body is beautiful as is, if kept in decent shape. Why cover it with crap like a child drawing on walls with crayons? I've seen tons of women I think would be so sexy, if it weren't for all the tramp stamps and extra holes in their face. Maybe it's because I have a thing about symmetry? To me, it offsets the symmetry of your face, body, etc. It detracts from your beauty, not adds to it. And for crying out loud, if you have nice breasts, leave them alone! Don't put ink and holes all over them! That is just such a turn off, IMO. I guess I just find the female body most beautiful in it's purest form. Is that wrong? For one, i am going to start up on my writings, i have to get some major progress done on the book before my co-author gets back in about a week and a half. I see so many beautiful women on here and elsewhere that have tattoos on their breasts and cleavage. I don't get it, you don't need anything else for us to notice your tits, its one of the first places we look when we see you. I just think that is the most unattractive place for a female to get a tattoo. Don't get me wrong I love tattoos and I think they are sexy on females only if they are done right and in the right location. A female's chest is not a good place for a tattoo, I think looks trashy and in a few years it will be a dark blob and look like you have some disease or something. I really wish i wasn't so picky. It's getting harder and harder to find anyone i'm attracted to anymore because everyone and their dog is fucking covered head to toe in tattoos now days. I hate tattoos, I mean i really fucking hate tattoos. They are absolutely repulsive to me. And almost all of them are completely tasteless. People take their beauitful bodies and ruin them by covering them with permanent graffiti. You sit down to get ur tatt, the tattooist has rubber gloves on and pulls out 2 desposable needle in a air tight package, you dont think anything about it cuz when you go to ur dr. and they go to draw blood they take the needle out of same type of package. Think about this ur getting a tatt on ur back u can't see what the tattooist is doing with the needle lets say he pricks his fingure and keeps tattooing pr the fresh needle he took out of the package well, no one knows who package them or if that person has anything and by using that 1 needle BOOM u now have hep or even worse aids all becuz of the love for a tattoo. So here is the deal. My Fiance is pregnant with my first baby. She will be having it sometime in September. We have confirmation through ultrasound that our baby will be a girl. Hi there just wanted to rant about taxes on simple IRA's. My husband took out a simple IRA through Morgan Stanley. The company that he works for would take out 3% of his earnings and place it into an account, and Morgan Stanley would match the 3% that we put in there....... Now it seems that the company didn't show that the taxes taken out of it and neither has Morgan Stanley, so it looks like we might have to pay taxes on that 3% which will totally suck....... we are supposed to get a credit on that not having to pay taxes on it, so i am hoping and praying that Mike(CPA friend) can figure this out and that way we won't have to pay taxes on it, but if we do i hope it's not that much...... Taylortown Bell Tower Taylortown is a small town right outside of Bossier City. There's not much in Taylortown, but it's infamous for one thing, which is the bell tower. At one time, the bell tower was part of the Methodist Episcopal Church of Taylortown, when it was built in 1907. The church was designed by John Dorch and built of Gothic-style architecture.
