1/19Ok all i want to thank you all for the motivation to help me and all the subjection to help me it has worked alot. I also have been ina work out program and i have been walking like a mile a day everyday. I also have cut out like almost all the the soda and i have been eating smaller portions when i eat at anytime. Oh, what a day Friday Feb 20th,2009. My 1st Auto 11 & birthday gift from my R/L daughter (Tracie) Vixxenn213 and our race to GODFATHER. At the start of the day I needed 1,500,000 and she needed 1,300,000 to level. In 9 1/2 hours we both reached Godfather. Team Rick leveled 1st and 11 minutes later Vixxenn213. Talk about some true friends, WOW! You all rawked!!! Many friends rated both of us & watched the race come down to the wire, leads changed, but in the end we had two new GODFATHERS. Oh my god!!! My girls' godfather is sick & will not last that much longer...But no 1 can choose to live another person's life. People choose to live their lifestyle and others can not do a damn thing about it. David is now layin n icu, drugged up so he can't move, on a respirator, and with organs failing....I just told my girls tonight bcause this man was very close to them. At 7.10am I got on the road as I normally do. I drove up the street, along the road, along the other road then onto the highway where I proceeded to accelerate to a mere 74mph. In the evening I was having trouble eating my dinner. It felt like I had just got back from the dentist and the novocaine had not worn off. After doing a little research on WebMD.com and talking to a nurse friend of mine, I decided I'd better get it checked out. I was familiar with this condition because my best friends dad has been through the same thing. I enjoy spending the day at the spa that my family owns. I love the personal suanas we have there. little did I know we have cameras inside em to make sure if someone is not trapped. Spidermania!
ok, so, me being the super dad that i am, i got wrangled, conned, persueded, whatever, in taking my daughter to see spiderman at like midnight last night. the result being me getting almost no sleep and being shall we say less than sweet today, lol. my daughter, having the luxery of sleeping in because i home school, is sound asleep, even at this very moment. argh! lol. but im not bitter, oh no, lol. which brings me to the movie itself. a mild disapointment. for the purist/ comic geeks. you might go either way. they changed alot of stuff. so much stuff you might be just enough geek to appreciate it and let it go. not me, the original story was fine, no need to mess with it. for the date that gets dragged to the movie. lots of drama, love triangles, and a dance number. thats right, you heard me, a dance number. nuff said. for the motion sick. dont bother, most of the action takes place in the air, spinning, and i almost puked at one point. it was cool looking though.

Spiderman 3
I took my boys to see Spiderman 3 tonight. I hope they don't make anymore Spiderman movies as this one was not the greatest. One of my kids even fell asleep. There was a lot of wonderful critiscism over this show, but honestly, I didn't enjoy it at all. There weren't a lot of action scenes and when there was, it was too dark to really appreciate it. The dramatic scenes were overdramatic, predictable, and frankly - boring. The actors did a fantastic job of what they had to work with. Poor Kirsten Dunst seems to have lost a huge amount of weight. She did not look happy. But - these are my opinions and I hope other people could enjoy the movie more than I.

I have been waiting to see spiderman three for almost an entire year since it was speculation and rumor and boy was it worth the wait,to a spiderman man fanatic like myself it was one of the best films I have seen all year. I wonder how far are they going to take the series seeing there are so many villian they can explore. Ill watch and wait i guess..

This movie was good. Plenty of action and things to keep your eyes open. The problem comes in with the fact that they tried to put too much in without building the ideas and characters into strong pieces of the puzzle. They introduced at least 5 new characters that deserved stronger fleshing out bevause they are all important parts of the Spiderman story. Instead of crammong everything into a single 2+ hour movie, they easily could have made 2 90 minute + movies with what they have for a basis. See it but see it cheap

Spider Update!! Well it’s been a little while and I have been making progress with Mr. Spidey, as to what his issue is with me. It has taken a lot of attention and patience to get him to come around but I think its working. Dave and Spike Spike is my service dog and significant other of 12 years. I have been a quadriplegic for 12 years and Spike was given to me right after my accident. Actually Spike was the property of a, not very reputable, breeder and was going the be raised and trained for a, not legal, activity. Then Spike became a trading commodity in an illegal substance transaction and when all was said and done Spike inherited me and I inherited Spike. Spike learned basic obedience through a couple of years of Shutzhund training and he picked up most of his service training by just growing up with me. So I've had about twenty different people ask me today why I got "fired" from being a Bouncer. I thought that I had made this all perfectly clear, but apparently not. So here I hang, watching the Eagles / Cowboys game and it's Eagles up 31-24 with 9:00 left in the 4th Quarter. Kinda cool game, but been retarded at the same time. I've seen old ladies play better than that on some plays. But then, I know it's a difficult game to play. Especially when you've got guys that LARGE coming at you. The Crescent Hotel and Spa, sometimes called “The Grand Old Lady of the Ozarks” is located in Eureka Springs, near Beaver Lake in northwestern Arkansas. Designed by architect Isaac L. For those of you who know me, my sister died one week ago tonight. We buried her on Friday and I’m very sad and lost. I was proud of them making it to the World Series this year. Though happy to see both my teams get to the Superbowl, I'm a bit torn. I've been a Bears fan since high school (mid 80s). The 1985 Bears was my team... so i'm watching espn not too long ago and they're talking about the patriots and being caught cheating. the question was posed as to whether or not it should hurt the legacy of the pats and coach bellichick. mike golic and sean salsbury both were insistent on they're stand of no. both pretty much said if your not cheating your not trying, and that making jerseys slippery and etc. are a part of the game. my only problem with this is that is that i have seen both of these guys vilify barry bonds for cheating in baseball when he's never been found guilty of anything(although we all know he's took something) and when bonds allegedly took steroids or whatever they weren't illegal in the sport. the point i'm trying to make is cheating should be cheating no matter the sport no matter the color of the participants of that sport no matter the feelings we have for the particular players and or coaches. if its okay to vilify bonds and put asterisks next to the records he's accomplished as

Well, I am ready to give up watching football this season (NFL anyway). My KC Chiefs are not going anywhere, even though Colby Smith ran for 150 yards in his first starting game. As a race car fan, one of the things I have been involved with as a volunteer was Champ Car racing. First when I lived in Oregon, then here in Colorado for the Denver Grand Prix, I would spend the weekend down at the track and meet the drivers, owners and lots of race car fans. Unfortunately, this year's event was cancelled as the Democratic National Convention will be at the Pepsi Center during that time. Of course, Champ Car has also been on its last legs, and this past week ended its run, folding its tent and the teams joining the Indy Racing League. What this means is that, along with the ending of the IRL running at Pikes Peak Speedway is that there is no more top level auto racing here in Colorado. We still have the Mile High Nationals at Bandimere, and the Pikes Peak hill climb, but its not the same. Hopefully at some point top level racing will return to Colorado. It took 17 minutes for her to post bond and leave the Brazoria County jail.
